Palfinger PCC 115.002

The Palfinger PCC 115.002 is a high-performance articulated crawler crane designed for challenging lifts in restricted-access environments. Offering a maximum lifting capacity of 30 tonnes and equipped with a six-section knuckle boom, it combines impressive lifting power with a remarkably compact footprint.

Its modular construction allows the upper crane unit to be separated from the crawler chassis, significantly reducing transport height and improving access to sites with limited headroom. Once in position, the crane body can also move laterally and longitudinally across the H-frame outrigger system, allowing operators to optimise the crane’s setup in confined or difficult working areas.

On the main boom, the PCC 115.002 provides up to 20.7 m of outreach and a maximum hook height of 22.5 m. With the articulated jib fitted, this increases to 33.3 m of outreach and 36 m of hook height. A 3.5-tonne hydraulic winch, combined with pick-and-carry capability, adds further versatility for lifting and repositioning loads around site.

Dual-power operation, using either a Euro Stage V diesel engine or 415 V electric supply, makes the crane equally suited to indoor and outdoor applications. Non-marking tracks, low-emission electric operation and variable outrigger positioning further enhance its suitability for sensitive environments and restricted working areas.

Operator-focused technology includes P-Fold automatic boom folding and unfolding, Active Oscillation Suppression to minimise boom movement, and a full-colour radio remote control for accurate and intuitive operation.
