AlmaCrawler ML 3.0 FX

The ML 3.0 FX Tracked Carrier delivers outstanding performance in a compact and highly manoeuvrable design, combining strong lifting capability with smooth, controlled movement across demanding terrain. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor material handling, it provides operators with reliable power and precision when working in tight, restricted, or uneven environments

Powered by two ultra-quiet 5.3 kW IP67-rated AC electric motors, the ML 3.0 FX offers class-leading electric performance while maintaining low noise levels. Operators can select from three power modes to match the machine’s output and travel speed to the task:

• ECO – 1.2 km/h
• STANDARD – 2.0 km/h
• POWER – 4.2 km/h

A fully removable battery pack with an integrated onboard charger allows for quick and convenient charging, helping to reduce downtime and keep operations running efficiently on site.

For enhanced load stability and flexibility, the machine is equipped with four adjustable support beams located at each corner of the carrier. These can be repositioned to extend or widen the loading area, allowing the platform to accommodate a variety of load sizes and shapes. The platform is mounted on a 360° slewing ring with 16 lockable positions, enabling operators to rotate and position the load precisely to suit the application.

The ML 3.0 FX also features a unique non-marking track system, making it suitable for use on sensitive surfaces while still delivering excellent traction. Its adaptive roller design adjusts to uneven terrain, maximising grip on slopes and rough ground while helping to reduce load movement and ensure safe, stable operation in challenging environments.
