AlmaCrawler ML 3.0 FX

The ML 3.0 FX Tracked Carrier delivers exceptional flexibility, powerful lifting capability, and impressive gradeability in a compact, highly manoeuvrable design. Built for demanding environments, it provides material handlers with a reliable solution for heavy-duty lifting and transport both indoors and outdoors.

Powered by a class-leading electric drive system, the ML 3.0 FX is equipped with two ultra-quiet 5.3kW IP67-rated AC electric motors, ensuring powerful performance while maintaining low noise levels. The machine offers three power management modes to suit different operating conditions:

• ECO: 1.2 km/h
• STD: 2.0 km/h
• POW: 4.2 km/h

This fully electric tracked carrier features a removable battery pack with an integrated onboard charger, allowing batteries to be swapped quickly and easily. This innovative design helps reduce downtime and maximise productivity on site.

For improved stability when transporting larger loads, the ML 3.0 FX is fitted with four adjustable support beams located at each corner of the machine. These beams can be repositioned to extend the loading area both lengthwise and widthwise, allowing the platform to adapt to a wide range of load sizes. The platform is mounted on a slewing ring that allows full rotation, with 16 lockable positions so operators can easily configure the deck to suit the load being carried.

The ML 3.0 FX also features a unique non-marking track design, making it suitable for use on sensitive surfaces while maintaining excellent traction. Its advanced roller system actively adapts to uneven terrain, providing superior grip when travelling across slopes and helping to prevent load movement or accidental spills.
