2024 UNIC UM445 Lithium-Ion Pop-Up

This used UNIC UM445 Pop-Up Crane is powered by advanced lithium-ion technology with a high-capacity battery system that can be charged while working. This delivers consistent performance with lower on-site emissions, making it a suitable option for projects focused on clean, green lifting.

Fitted with extendable tracks for extra stability and improved manoeuvrability, the UM445 travels confidently across a range of surfaces. The crane is equipped with a 2.9m–10.0m main boom and a hydraulic telescopic luffing jib/searcher hook attachment rated up to 1500kg, offering an extension range from 2.0m to 5.7m and a luffing range of -10° to 160°. In combination, this configuration provides a maximum lifting height of approx. 17.5m and a maximum working radius of approx. 15.7m (subject to load chart).

A flexible variable outrigger system, with five possible offset angles and three extension positions, allows the crane to be set up in restricted areas while maintaining strong lifting duties. The pop-up turret keeps rear overhang to a minimum, helping the machine work closer to walls, columns, and other obstacles.

Operation is fully radio remote-controlled, giving the operator precise control over travelling, crane functions, outrigger deployment, automatic levelling and pick-and-carry duties. This unit also benefits from non-marking tracks as standard, helping to protect finished floors and sensitive surfaces.
